About BestFuel
BestFuel is a free fuel price discovery tool. It displays live station prices and details sourced directly from official government data feeds, and provides navigation links to help you reach stations via Google Maps.
Use of the service
BestFuel is free to use for personal, non-commercial purposes. By using the Service, you confirm that you:

You are at least 13 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian if required by your jurisdiction.
Use it lawfully
You will use BestFuel only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
Won't misuse it
You will not attempt to disrupt, overload, or exploit the Service or any connected infrastructure.

Data & privacy
BestFuel is built with privacy as a default. We do not collect, store, or process any personal data in connection with your use of the app. Your location, if used, is processed entirely on-device and is never transmitted to our servers.

BestFuel relies on the following external services. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices.
Government fuel data API
Price and station data is sourced from an official government feed. While we display this data in good faith, we cannot guarantee its real-time accuracy or completeness — always verify prices at the pump.
Google Maps
Navigation links open Google Maps. Once you leave BestFuel, Google's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy apply. We have no control over Google Maps content or functionality.

BestFuel is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
Price accuracy
Fuel prices displayed are sourced from official feeds and are accurate at the time of publication, but may not reflect real-time changes. Always confirm the price at the pump before fuelling.
Service availability
BestFuel will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or error-free. We may suspend or withdraw the Service at any time without notice.
Station information
Opening hours, facilities, and other station details are provided for reference only. We recommend confirming directly with the station for critical information.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BestFuel and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Service.
This includes, but is not limited to, reliance on fuel price data, inability to locate a station, or any loss arising from navigation to a station. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed zero, as BestFuel is provided free of charge.
Changes to the service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue BestFuel — or any part of it — at any time and without notice. We may also update these Terms of Service from time to time.
When we update these terms, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of BestFuel shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
